Terms & Conditions :
- The cost of sites for various dimensions indicated herein is purely tentative and members are liable to pay the final cost as decided by the Board.
- Members are liable to pay the installments as indicated herein within the stipulated date. In case of default any or all the following terms shall apply.
Incase of defaulters seniority will be re-reckoned from the date of delayed payment
Incase of inordinate delay, Board may reject the member application or consider for future project and refund the site deposit already paid. - All corner sites will be allotted by way of open auction among eligible members only.
- Entry Fee Rs.500/-, Share Fee Rs.500/-, Membership Fee Rs.5000/-, Site Application Fee Rs.500/-. Total Amount Rs.6500/- (Rupees Six Thousand Five
only) is to be sent along with the membership application in the form of a Demand Draft in favour of Sri Ramakrishna House Building Co-Operative
society Ltd, Mysore, (South)payable at Mysore. - The Site cost pertaining to the size of the site selected and the corresponding rates mentioned in the page titled Rates has to be sent along with the site
application in the form of a Demand Draft in favour of Sri Ramakrishna House Building Co-Operative society Ltd, Mysore, (South), payable at Mysore. - The application form may be downloaded, filled and sent to our office address mentioned in the page titled Contact Us, along with the appropriate
Demand Draft's. - Four passport size photographs to be attached along with the application.
