Sri Ramakrishna House Building Co-Operative Society Ltd. Mysore, (South) took up the development of the first project near Hanchya Village, Mysore. This project was very well accepted by the general public. It is also called as Mathura Nagar.

Project Status : The entire 28 A. 12 G. of agriculture land required for the development of proposed residential layout has been taken into position by making full payment to the land lords.
Since these lands were coming under residential zone under the comprehensible development plan of Mysore Urban Development Authority, society has approached MUDA on 07-11-2007 to change the land use from existing agriculture zone to residential zone.
On our request MUDA issued paper notification on 11-05-2007 in local news papers (Varthamana & Andholana) calling objection for changing land use of the proposed layout lands from existing Agriculture zone to residential zone.
Mysore Urban Development Authority in its meeting held on 30-06-2007 discussed our subject and decided to recommend our case to the Government.
The Commissioner, MUDA vide letter dated: 06-08-2007 communicated the MUDA decision to the Government.
Honorable Government of Karnataka vide its order dated: 25-09-2007 issued a notification effecting the change in land use from existing agriculture zone to residential zone for the extent of 28A. 12G.
Based on the Government order, MUDA vide its letter dated: 14-12-2007 issued an endorsement to the society demanding Rs. 5,15,600/- towards Betterment Levy charges for the change of land use, society on 27-12-2007 has paid the Betterment Levy charges through Demand Draft.
Meanwhile, for the purpose of getting these land registration in the name of the society and to get it converted, society made an application to Deputy Commissioner under section 109 of Land Reforms Act. The concerned Tahasildar after verifying all the document recommended our case to Deputy Commissioner and the file is being forwarded to the Government from the Deputy Commissioner office.

We would like to bring to your notice that, during 17/09/2006 General Body Meeting was held at Hanchya Layout, Bannur Road. Our Hon. President Sri M. Sanjeeva Shetty informed the meeting that through the Development Agreement entered with M/s.Skilltech Engineers and Contractors Pvt. Ltd. for development of Hanchya layout was Rs.175/- per sqft is a tentative cost and the final cost as per the board decission dated on 7/06/2013 is Rs.270 per sqft.
