Allotment of Sites :

As intimated earlier all required permissions and sanctions are obtained for the development of the residential colony "Talur Urbs" at Talur Village, Jayapur Hobli, Mysore Taluk.

Also the allotment of the site was done to the members on seniority basis at the site.

Now we request all the members to come to the office of the society in person along with the necessary ID proof and collect your allotment letters from the office.

Notice 3 :

This is to inform the general public that, Ramakrishna HBCS has developed a gated community housing colony TALUR URBS at Talur village, Jayapura Hobli, Mysore taluk. Totally 634 sites were formed with wide asphalted roads, water supply, UGD and electricity connection to each site. All the intermediate site were alloted on lottery system and corner sites were allotted through open bid.

As the society is getting lot of inquiry for site in this particular housing colony, the board of directors of the society have decided to acquire another 4 acres of lands adjoining to the existing colony and develop it in the similar way. A rate of Rs.425 per sq ft has been tentatively fixed as cost of the site.15x24, 12x18 and 9x12 meter sites will be developed in this area. Interested general public are here by requested to contact the society office for more details.

Notice 1 - Layout Sites Rate Revision :

As per the outcome of detailed discussion held at the Corner Sites auction and members meet held on 06/11/2011, the Board of Directors of the society met on 12/11/2011 to negotiate the esclation in rates as demanded by the developers. After detailed discussion and deliberation with the developers, it was resolved to increase the rates by Rs.75/- per Sqft. as against Rs.93/- per Sqft. demamded by the developers. It was also decided to adjust Rs.25/- per Sqft from the additional amount being realized by corner site auction and to collect balance Rs.50/- per Sqft from the members.Those who are not registered, they can come to office and collect the details of balance payment of your sites and the details of your registration.

We request all the members to pay the balance amount and get their sites registered. Details regarding the site registration process will be informed at the time of payment of balance amount.
